The GB pant university reserve majority of its seat to the bonafied residents of uttarakhand state.

According to the admission guidelines " All the sanctioned seats in Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programmes (except B.Sc. Food Technology, MCA & Ph.D. in Management) shall be allotted to bonafide residents of Uttarakhand State."

So if you want to do bsc course in agriculture you can do B.sc in food and technology from g p pant university. The other bsc courses in agriculture are reserved for the state  bonafied residents only except the ward of jammu and kashmir residents.
