With a CUET score of 296 in the OBC-NCL category and a shortlist email from Central University of Rajasthan for B.Sc. (Hons.) Cardiology, your chances of final admission are strong. In the previous year, the OBC-NCL cutoff for this course was around 245 in the first round and dropped further in the second round. Since your score is significantly higher, you're well within the expected cutoff range. Unless there is an unusual rise in cutoff this year, you are likely to get admission.
