Hi there,

It is normal to think about your dream job and preplan things to achieve your dream . But if you are consistently only thinking about your dream job and being anxious about it then you are wasting your time. If you really want to complete your dream then you should work today instead of just day dreaming. You will be able to become surgeon only through your hardwork in present time. So understand value of present time as it is very precious and work towards achieving your goals.

You can meditate If you feel anxious. It will help you in being calm and will keep your mind stable.

You must indulge yourself in activities or work so that you do not get time to overthink.

Furthermore, you should focus on your present more instead of daydreaming only about future. As steps taken by you in present will build your future.

Hope it helps you

Good luck!
