It is highly prescribed to follow a certain routine if you're not able to follow the timetable.
First of all 74 percentile is not a bad score in JEE, you can however improve that.
Considering the headache issue, plan your day accordingly. Follow the below mentioned steps for a better routine, but adjust is according to yourself.
- Include rest time in your routine.
- Take small naps in between
- Use blue lens spectacles while studying.
- Limit the time of phones and laptops
Moreover, I would suggest you to have an eye check-up and consult a proper opthalmologist.
