I didn't register to JAC for admission in DTU cause i don't know about JAC after all i alredy clear JEE mains with a good score in ST cat.

Sorry to say but its too late now . You won't be able to make up to the college. The best option is to try in other colleges or wait for the next year.

No, for Outside Delhi students, all admissions are done through JAC, so there's no way to get into DTU now.
