Yes as promised by Jagan government.

Your family income should be less than 1 lakh per annum to avail this.

In case you belong to BC category then income limit is relaxed to 2 lakhs per annum

Yes if your parental income is less than 1 lakh per annum.Actually Jagan government has promised fee reimbursement for BC candidates
