Our college has good infrastructure, with good labs, classrooms, and a library. The quality of hostel food is better compared to others. I recommend to the freshers to join our college and our college hostel is good. The hostel mess is good, with a lot of security care. Hostel has medical room
Theory and practical are also good, the best performances in my college and the best results for many students. And some students in faculty and teachers. But most of the students passed the best way. This college has the best way of teaching method.
Almost 70% of students got placed in some good companies. The highest salary package offered is almost 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc. Most of the seniors got placed in good companies like Wipro and Infosys. I recommend freshers to join our college because it has good infrastructure and good environment.
In my classroom, the projector is not working. Classrooms are okay, not bad. There is no Wi-Fi in the college or hostel. Some faculty are good at teaching. 1st year labs are very good. The library is good. The hostel food is the worst. Cleaning is not good in hostels. The cost of the canteen is very high.
Some teachers are knowledgeable. Teaching skills are good. But they are not teaching at the right time. So, we follow your YouTube classes. My college is JNTUA, and it is difficult to pass. So half of the students failed in the semester. The question paper is also so tough.
I think 60% of the students were placed in my course. The highest package is 12 lacs per annum. The lowest package is 3 lacs per annum. The average package is 6 lacs per annum. The top recruiting company for my course is IBM. Top roles offered in my course are team leader, HR, etc.
Infrastructure of the college is very good and impressive. View from college is also good. College has a pleasant environment. Everyone likes the college environment. There is a separate hostel for girls and boys. Girls hostel is within the college compound whereas boys hostel is outside the college premises.
Faculty in the college are mixed with highly knowledgeable people. In each semester, there are two mid-exams, one internal lab, one external lab, and finally one-semester main exam. The syllabus is completed in 1st year and sometimes in 2nd year and 3rd year. There are no classes conducted in 4th year.
I pursued engineering at this college. Coming to placements, few belong to our domain and more are non-IT jobs. Top IT companies come for placements like TCS, Infosys, IBM, etc. They give special training for the placements.
Our department offers Wi-Fi-enabled smart classrooms, advanced computer labs, and a well-stocked digital library. Hostels are well-maintained with decent rooms, hygienic mess and canteen food, medical facilities, and good sports infrastructure for games and recreation.
Teachers are highly qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable, ensuring strong guidance. The CSE curriculum is industry-relevant with practical exposure, making students job-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but with proper preparation, most students clear them easily, and the pass percentage is around 90-95%.
B.Tech CSE 2025 batch saw around 88% placements, with the highest package at 22 LPA, the lowest at 3.6 LPA, and the average at 7.8 LPA. Top recruiters included Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Amazon, and Microsoft. About 75% secured internships in leading IT and consulting firms with roles like software engineer, data analyst, and cloud engineer.
Facilities provided are above average, yet not up to the mark. Given the fee that one has to pay, the infrastructure can be much better. Opportunities for students interested in sports are little to none, and the college does not do anything about it.
Faculty members for Mechanical Engineering are excellent. Faculty members are quite knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. The majority of the course curriculum is relevant not as much as to make students industry-ready, but definitely useful. The semester exams are easy.
Placements in our college are great, but only for some branches. In branches like Mechanical and Electronics, placements are little to none. Even students who get placed have packages in the range of 3.5 to 8 LPA. About 45–50% of students receive placements.
Labs all have centralized AC and all the required software. The lab in charge is polite and experienced. Hostels are a bit costly compared to the services they provide. There are many stores and options to eat in the area, so students from outside have many options.
Faculty are very well experienced with the required amount of qualifications. Though the exams are hard, they help you in the long run. Even internal marks are hard to get, as teachers are very particular about labs and the assignments given. The course has all the required subjects related to the field you have selected.
Almost 60% of students get placed this year. Though it was a bit frustrating at first, almost everyone who sat for placements got placed. The main advantage we have over others is that we are allowed to prepare for competitive exams like GATE and GRE while sitting for certain interviews (not for dream jobs and above). This option is not available in most colleges.
Facilities can be summarized as adequate. Wi-Fi has severe limitations, with many useful sites blocked. Labs are well-equipped, and classrooms are well air-conditioned. The library is full of books for the curriculum. I am a day scholar, so I am not aware of any hostel provisions.
Teachers are helpful but not always able to teach without reading the PPTs out loud. The curriculum is revised yearly and kept up to date. Examinations are difficult to ace but easy enough to pass with good marks. Attendance is the most important thing, even more than your marks, apparently.
In the college 75% of students who sit for placements get placed. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest is 4.25 LPA (TCS). Top companies are mass recruiters like Capgemini and TCS. 50% get internships (though most of them are unpaid). The Software Developer role is the most prominent.
The infrastructure consists of a six-story building. There is no ground or any area for sports, but considering the college's location, it is acceptable. The entire college is air-conditioned except for the corridors. There are labs for many subjects, and the canteen is also quite good
The teachers are very helpful and offer great assistance in academics, and the curriculum is practical. Exams are also reasonable, and you get enough time to prepare for them. Teachers also help during exams by providing study materials
The placement scene is quite good; based on my observations, it’s above 70% with many people placed in JP Morgan, UBS, ZS, and other prominent companies. Furthermore, the placement cell is very helpful and assists in many fields. In addition to placements, there is also an internship fair conducted to give students the opportunity to gain experience.
The college has excellent infrastructure, including well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi, and a vast library. The hostel facilities are great, with good quality food available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games are also well maintained.
Faculty is helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent, and the course curriculum is relevant and industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a pass percentage of 90%. There is a focus on practical knowledge.
Our batch had an excellent placement record, with 75% of students placed in top companies. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and the average package is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS and Google.
The infrastructure is overall decent. Hostel rooms are also good with three people sharing in 1st year and 2nd year. We get LAN facility for internet which works well for most of the time. The canteen food is good but the mess food is okay, not good every day
The curriculum followed here is as followed by most colleges in India with some good values courses. I think the culture here makes the student's industry ready. Semester exams are decent only with relatively low grading. You can easily score well by studying one week before.
Placements are decent. Most of the good companies like Google, Flipkart, Accenture, and many more visit our college but the reality is most of the students have to rely on campus placements. Yet the culture is decent so you don't need to worry much about placements.
Hello!
MVGR have excellent overall ratings. They have good and consistent placement record, average placement record is around 70%. Highest package offered is 24Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 1.8Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 7.5-8Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Capgemini, Amazon, Samsung. They have nice infrastructure and helpful, supportive teaching faculties.
SRKR have overall excellent ratings much similar to that of MVGR. They are considered as one of the best college. They have good placement records and consistent records, average placement record is around 60%. Highest package offered is 20Lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3Lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 3.5-4Lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, Wipro, etc. They have excellent infrastructure with highly qualified teaching faculties.
Both are better from different perspectives. MVGR is better from placement and package perspective. SRKR is better from infrastructure and faculties perspective.
My suggestion would be to go with SRKR.
Choose wisely, ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
Thank You
