I got 54% in 12th and 7.6 cgpa on 10th and want to study in btech computer science and engineering and my quota is SC Can I eligible?

In this much marks, you are not going to get admission in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI even if you score a good rank in JEE Mains. So, you should try in some private colleges by applying for admission in their college or by management quota.
