Punjab Engineering College is a public research & technical institution in Chandigarh. It was founded in 1921 in Lahore, established in Chandigarh in 1953, and focuses on the field of applied sciences, particularly engineering and technology.
National Institute of Technology Nagaland is a higher education technology institute located at Dimapur in Nagaland, India. It is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology in India.
I think NIT NAGALAND ECE will be better than chandigarh electrical.
Dear student,
Generally the fee ranges from 50K to 1L per year. Moreover, it varies from college to college too. So, you can enquire from the respected institute/college through online or by visiting the college campus. Feel free to drop any query related to this or else.
Good Luck :)

The placement percentage is 98.85% (263 eligible candidates, 260 placed). 43 job offers proposed an offer of 10 lakhs or above. The average package is around 6-7 lakhs, the lowest package is about 2-3 lakhs and the highest package was 27 lakhs offered by Amazon to students of computer science and IT departments(now we have computer science department only).
Companies like JP Morgan, McKinsey, DRDO, HAL and Sukhra Helitek(Aerospace) visited the campus during last placement session. 18 students of the aerospace department got internship placements ( 15 off-campus). Total 405 students were selected for internships and 29 students went abroad for internships.
You can visit the following link for further details:

I hope this helps.
Best of Luck!
I would say the classrooms are good enough te study and there are air-conditioners for you as there will be a sweaty summer in Chandigarh but the hostels are not that renovated. They just whitewash them and de some basic maintenance every year before shifting students. Like most of the colleges, the mess food is just okay to be alive and not that great.
Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, boasts modern infrastructure with advanced labs, smart classrooms, a well-stocked library, and excellent facilities. The campus is well-maintained, fostering an optimal learning environment.
PEC is one of the oldest college of India so Infrastructure isn't upto mark, though they are upgrading at potential speed last year SIEMENS created top notch manufacturing, robotics and advanced computing lab, new hostels are building new courses and building are creating for academics and practical classes, but for now campus is situated in beautiful city Chandigarh, comprises of 200Acre land area.
