Dear Aspirant,

You belong to SEBC category which was included in cap rounds counseling last year. So many people were not having the certificate hence the cut off for SEBC for relatively low in top colleges

The admission also depends on home university, other than Home University, people who actually apply.

So last year at this percentile people got into top 10 colleges through SEBC

I would suggest to either go through cap counseling as you get to know your rank category wise at that time or else apply to PGDM.
