Yes, you can participate in Maharashtra State CET Cell counselling for BAMS even if you did not join the allotted seat in Round 3 of AIQ, but with some conditions.
If you didn’t take admission or didn’t report after AIQ Round 3, your AIQ seat will be forfeited, and you will become eligible for state quota counselling, provided you didn’t take admission anywhere.
However, if you joined and then withdrew, you may be ineligible depending on AYUSH counselling rules. Always check the latest CET Cell BAMS admission notice for confirmation before registering.

Each state (like MHT-CET, KCET) has different schedules.
Option entry in October only happens if later rounds are held.
The official CET website gives the exact last date.
For example, MHT-CET sometimes has Round 2 or 3 in October.
