As per the marks that you had mentioned in ipe and eamcet, sorry to say that you are not qualified in the eamcet exam.Students need to score atleast 25 % of the total marks ie., 40 marks out of 160 in the eamcet exam, and no minimum marks for sc/st students.As you belong to open category you are considered as not qualified.

You can try through management quota for getting a seat in a college.There are many institutions which offer seats through management quota.
