I got 97.67 percentile in jee main...can I be selected in computer engineering in nit Jalandhar

Your rank might be around 23000 which is not enough to get CSE in NIT Jalandhar . You need a better rank to get CSE in NIT Jalandhar.
You need to get around 10000 rank to be sure get Computer Science Engineering in NIT Jalandhar.
So you need to get around 99 percentile. And moreover April attempt would see more number of registrations that means you need to work harder.
