Great , but the campus is compact but fully developed The ground is pretty good , but there is no swimming pool. The night view is soo cool. There are some department buildings , which they need to be developed
Pretty good, I do study in the department of textile technology. The teachers are too much strict like too much. They teach very well but the marking is very tough. Some teachers are very rude . They try to fail willingly some people
I don't know much about them , cause I just completed my 1st year in nitj. But, the placements are very good if only you maintain being an average you will end up getting a secured job. So you just have to maintain cg
Worth itt fully. Compared to what you get and the no of fests you attend, but also there are a lot of fees which feels like we are not actually aquiring those families but still being charged. Rest everything is good
Pretty good if you are good enough to socialise. But the college is very isolated from the main city. It is not really safe outside the campus especially at nights. College will handle emergencies if there are any
I would definitely recommend people to get into this college, peer group is not that great. You need to find your type of people. Sometimes the atmosphere feels like it feels fully with Punjabi atmosphere. Like there is no versatility be it culturals, songs and all, of course there are exceptions. There is no start up culture, no coding culture
College infrastructure is decent. Hostels are horrible like most colleges but library is also very small but well maintained. Other infrastructure is good many food outlet options many sitting places and decent gyms.
Academics are very overwhelming with little resemblance to industry needs. Curriculum and syllabus is very outdated for some branches. They keep u very much busy with projects assignmentz quizs mid terms end terms.
Placement is nice u can check the average it is said by many to be legit. Though it does include off campus placements of 1 crore and 50 lakhs for circuital branches placement is good its decent even for other branches.
College infrastructure is good in terms of classrooms , labs , libraries, best in sports , hostels fully equipped with wifi systems . But classrooms are smartly maintained.living places are also clean and hygienic.
Overall academics rating is average. Because curriculum is less advance. Professor use to follow old way of teaching without delivering lectures with smart way using technology. Not job ready curriculum.
Currently I have limited info regarding this .From what I've heard from seniors, the overall placement scenario is average, with a moderate good no.of companies visiting campus. I'd suggest checking with the placement cell.
It feels like a mixed bag — some aspects justify the cost, while others (like the lack of smart classroom equipment) make it feel slightly overpriced.I don't have the exact figures for the course fee per year, as I'm not directly involved in the payments.
Campus Life is great. Students enjoy a lot campus Life like in various clubs (tech clubs -GDGC, cybersecurity, dance clubs, regional clubs) and fests . Various competitions are organized by college and clubs /societies itself.Greenary in campus also contribute another star in campus Life rating .
Basically if you I will tell you one thing some person experience that if it is about Me that I don't have much expectations so that's why it was very fun for me I will I reach I reach and it is a decent infra you get library very like the new reading room and construction is very good and apart from my its goodness I want save very good but decent want to make you happy
Well relatively speaking speaking if you talk about other NITs then related to other NIT this NIT is like very good like so that you can manage your academics if you just study see if you don't study then you can't do anything but if you study basic on daily basis you can score very good CGPA easily
Will themes for the place on sis that for the tech branches the thing is different that they get opportunities that cost for the tech support but for the core branches you have to go up campus you cannot see that you can get a tech placement from here from core branches rest it is fine even though branches get decent enough if you are in the top 20 students
Yes the fees is decent enough like it's not too much of the keys I guess you can be education loan loan as well and if you are income is less than 5 lakhs or less than 1 lakh you can get a lot of scholarship and also your emission fees will be reduced or in some case completely limited if under 1 lakh
This is a unique case from my side because I am in lot of clubs so for me campus life is great because I am generally in different trouble like arranging from dramatic to debating club or to the language ones .so yeh if in clubs, then great one
Well I will tell you one thing it is more or less about you it's not about college not think much do not regret after cheesen college just make sure one thing that whenever you are choosing your college this keep studying keep a balance of everything and you will do fine
College has got nice infra specially for 1st year as some buildings look good such as admin hall and csh . We also got two large screens in parks for showing ipl that is nice plus some benches for sitting everywhere . Moreover all the necessary facilities like library ,wifi etc. is complete.Reason for 3 stars is nothing but small campus and a market faraway.
Academics should be same as in all colleges same syllabus taught form books nothing new innovation , no field trips and no open book examinations . For subjects like maths there are set questions nothing new and theory subjects like environmental science are just uselless
I just finished my first year so not completely sure but as heard from seniors better placement then previous years this year , but college lacks internship oppurtunities and very low placement for internships which ironically is made mandatory
It has all the necessary infrastructure, classrooms have mic, speakers, smart boards, ac and the desks are very comfortable to sit for long sessions and the canteens are very clean and staff is also very nice
Teachers are not too good but still they guide good but still not great, i mean most of the teachers just do teaching as a side quest merely teachers are actually interested in teaching the concepts to the students
Placements are pretty much average specially for my branch but i haven't seen a lot of data regarding the placements so can't tell u in brief but still it offers a great return on your investments here
Total value for money college it has a great return of investment as your fees, but if u want better value for money then don't go for the hostels, hostels are trash here go for a flat or a pg nearby, but hostel mess food is total value for money
Not good for me as i live in a flat nearby but i have my dinner in college mess as it has great food and i can see people roaming around with friends so if u have friends to go on a walk then campus life is pretty much great
College infrastructure is overall nice and still improving. Older department buildings are getting renovated and the newer department are well maintained and the labs and lecture halls are also in decent condition.
Staff is incompetent and will in most cases not be able to solve your doubts. Grading and internals are a complete mess and you get scores based on random doce throws rather than your semester-wide performance.
Placements are a good highlight, among the best placements in colleges of this tier. You will get opportunities if you work well and maintain a decent CGPA at the very least. The placement data is also published.
The college infrastructure is good and well-maintained. Classrooms are spacious with proper ventilation and smart boards. Laboratories have the necessary equipment for practical learning. The library has a good collection of books and Wi-Fi facility. Hostels and sports grounds are also available, making the campus comfortable for students.
I am pursuing B.Tech in Textile Technology. The academic curriculum is decent and covers important concepts, but some subjects need updates according to current industry trends. The faculty members are helpful and experienced, but teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher. Overall, academics are average but manageable.
The placement opportunities in the college are good compared to many institutes. Many reputed companies visit the campus every year, and a fair percentage of students get placed. The average package is decent, and the placement cell supports students in preparing for interviews, aptitude tests, and internships.
The course fee is reasonable compared to the facilities and education provided. While the infrastructure and placement support are good, there is still room for improvement in academics and practical exposure. Overall, I feel the college gives an average return on investment and is affordable for students.
Campus life is decent with a friendly environment and supportive seniors. The college organizes cultural fests, technical events, and sports activities regularly. Students get opportunities to participate in clubs and competitions. The campus is safe and well-connected, but there could be more recreational activities for students.

Good
The infrastructure of the college is very good but the facilities and sports infrastructure should be improved also the quality eating points can be improved and this should be improved rest all the things are fine
The academics are good but some teachers take on ego and dont give good cgs to the students. Also the faculty and lab assistant are good but the grading criteria should be more transparent and well informed
Placement are good the college average lies around eleven lakhs per annum and the branch wise varies alot also the faculty doesn't help in getting the internship to students they should help because they have the connection
Return on investment is pretty decent for a person paying around 11 lakhs in total but the branch wise placement of the students of the industrial branches like that of mechanical and chemical and textile is low but this should be taken in care by the faculty
Campus life is pretty decent and it should be improved by more number of events and all the function that happen in college also the campus should allow the timings of girls to be more comfortable because they have 10 pm timing which is not good for them
Overall the experience is good
