Note: The above-mentioned fee structure applies to candidates belonging to the general/OBC/PH category. The fee structure is subject to change as per the norms of competent authority. 

How to Pay NIT Jalandhar Fees?

All the candidates will need to make fee payments through online mode only. Any other mode of payment will not be considered by the Institute. Candidates can use Debit/Credit or Net Banking to make their online fee payment. The steps to make fee payment online are:

1. The candidates will need to log in official NIT Jalandhar Portal

2. Enter the Username and Password to Log In

3. Select the type of Payment to be done to NIT Jalandhar.

4. Once the payment is successful, save the E-Receipt in the form of a PDF document to submit the printout to the Institute during registration.

Candidates can also make their payments through Challan. The steps to complete fee payment through Challan are as follows:

1. Login to NITJ Fee Portal.

2. Select the ICICI payment gateway.

3. A new web page will open, click on the Make Payment Button.

4. Select NEFT/RTGS option.

5. On the Next Screen, Click on the Generate Challan Button.

6. After taking the Print Out of Challan, the Candidate will need to visit the Bank for payment (The Bank will transfer the amount from the candidate’s account to NITJ account).

Note: Once the Payment is made, Send a copy of the challan to the Institute through the email Id webmaster@nitj.ac.in. The institute will update the fee status and the candidate will be able to download the fee receipt from NITJ Fee Portal.
