Hi,

To be a domocile of Maharashtra, you have to born in that particular state or should have resided their for 15 years or more than that. As you are born in Maharashtra, so you can avail the home state (85%) quota in Maharashtra. You have to produce your birth certificate during counselling time to justify that you were born in Maharashtra.
