The admission procedure for getting admission in colleges in Belgium is entirely different. CET scores and ranks are not required for applying to those colleges. They consider your standard 12 marks/ grades and/or the require you to take a different standardised/ entrance test. You will also have to take IELTS/ TOEFL to prove as English profieciency is required. For more information regarding the same, refer to the following links:
