With 266 marks it will be very difficult to get college if you belong to general category. If you belong to reserved category then you might get private medical college in your domicile state through state quota. As per previous year cut off trends a candidate must score above 500 to be at safer side to get any medical College. I provided a link below which can help you to find colleges.
