For IP university, you need to specify IP entrance exam ranks and JEE rank won't fetch you any IP university college. You are eligible for USICT, but your rank may not be considered for admission. Mam from this year ip b tech program is not conducted through IPU CET exam,rather through jee mains rank .I found that on the official website thats why i was asking about the rough cutoff so that i can get the idea about the same.

Hello Krish,
Your JEE Mains rank is good in order to get admission in IPU USIT College but this is the first time that admissions to IPU will be done on the basis of JEE Mains rank so it can't be confirmed. But yes I think with this rank you should be able to get admission in USIT College with CS or IT branch this year. You should wait for the counseling procedure and then select accordingly.
