I have passed class 12 from W.B. so I have domicile of w.b. but my obc is issued by government of jharkhand.Can I get nit dgp home+obc

Yes, you can get that. NIT comes under central government so irrespective of states your issue will be considered.

But keep in mind if you would face any problem regarding this issue then you will get some time for that, then you can make a new one by SDO.
