NIT Durgapur BTech Admission Dates 2026

At the UG level, the institute offers a total of 11 courses. The B.Tech course is offered across 8 specialisations, and the B.Tech M.Tech course is offered across 2 specialisations. BTech course is offered for 4 years, and the BTech+ MTech is offered for 5 years.

• Applicants will have to appear for JEE Main.

NIT Durgapur PhD Admission Process  

• Interested candidates have to apply for the Ph.D courses at the National Institute of Technology Durgapur by filling out the online application form.

• The applicants will have to appear for the viva and written examination that will be conducted by the institute.

• The shortlisting of the candidates is based on academic record, score of the entrance examination and performance in the viva voce.
