I have scored 86percentile in cet and 35 percentile in jee and i got 190 in pcm did i will get the admission

As per your percentile score in jee mains which is not much good enough you definitely don't stand any chance for admission in NITs/IIITs.
Also, it a bit difficult for you to get any good GFTIs as your rank doesn't match as per the requirements.
