University of Delhi offers admission in B (//B.com) A English Hons course on the basis of aggregate percentage of best four subjects including language subject. If 75% is your best four subject percentage then you might face difficulty getting into Delhi University. However, since you belong to obc category, you can expect a seat in 5th or 6th cut off.
