i am from caste jat in UP and i have obc certificate and i am from non creamy layer i want to know is i can take obc quota in delhi university ,jee mains and in others exams

Definitely dear student. As you said you belong to OBC category and you have the certificate also . So for sure you can use it for the reservation or reserved seats . Try to be in merit so that it's easy for you to get seat in which soever exam you want . You can use your category reservation in Delhi University, in JEE mains and other entrance test .
