You cannot get admission through JAC counselling if you haven't applied for JAC Counselling. You can register for JAC Counselling Round 4. Fresh candidates can register for round 4 counselling for which the registration will start on November 17, 2021 from 10 A.M to 11:59 PM. The seat allotment will be released on November 22, 2021. You need to upload the requisite documents and complete the registration process in order to be considered for seat allotment. You need to fill your choices in the order of preference.
