I missed to submit my online neet 2019 form after correction. How to submit it now after due date ?

Neet correction and submission dates are over now.Now u cant resubmitt your form but dont worry during counselling time it can be correctified through court by applying an affidevit so dont worry and focus on your study.
only your name, d.o.b,school name and percentage are important in neet form
