In case you have missed the registration process of first round of counselling then you would not be eligible for registration of second round of counselling.
The only thing you can do now is to register for the mop-up round(First round counselling is not required for mop-up round)
Mop-up round takes place when seats are left unfilled after all rounds of counselling.
Also, if you wish to take admission in management quota(paid seats) then you will be allowed to register for second round of counselling.
Hope it helps!

The admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET to various private and government medical colleges throughout India has begun in most of the states.
If you have missed the registration process there is no way you can take part in counselling and get admission to government or private medical colleges.
You can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it. Contact the college directly for these seats.
Hope it helps.
Good luck
