my name is vrukshith lazar w, while applying for neet i have missed my initial w, how can i correct it now? is there a chance?

There is no way of correcting it as the correction window is closed already way back in January.
You can make an affidavit to showcase that the person is you only. I believe there shall not be any problem due to this minor mistake but you can play safe by making an affidavit.
