The exam held for getting MBBS is NEET UG. It would be better for the prediction if you could have provided your respective category which is a important criterion. However with your marks of 435 , the chances of getting a seat in government colleges is not at all possible if you belong to the general category for Gujarat and also All India. Rather you may try for private medical colleges also through management quota which is quite enough possible. The private medical colleges in Gujarat may include-
