Hello Prasanth,

As you are preparing for the NEET-UG exam and want to take admission in AIIMS Bhubaneswar. According to cut off of 2019 the closing rank for SC was around 6000. It means you have to score 600+ marks minimum to get a seat in AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
Beside this there are other good govt medical colleges which you can easily got admission on scoring such marks.
