Hi,

If you even choose B.SC Microbiology, you would be able to pursue M.SC in Biotechnology. The eligibility criteria for M.SC Biotechnology demands Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Food Science/B.Pharma.

However, if you have already made your mind to pursue M.SC in Biotechnology, then, it will be better if you do Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology only. It will cover all the basic aspects of the subject and will also help you in clearing out your concepts and would form a strong base for the advanced study.
