Dear Aspirant,

With 160000 ranks in JEE mains in even the Home state quota, you can't get IIIT Raipur as the percentile required would be much higher than you get in your exam. And in government colleges, the home state quota doesn't apply. The rank for OBC-NCL needed for this college is around 5000 to 9000 rank.
