Jee advanced rank vs marks. How many marks on average should an ST get to join Top 6 IIT's in civil engineering
Cutoffs for every institute as well as branch vary every year depending upon the number candidates qualified, difficulty level of paper and number of seats available.

Looking at previous year's trends to get Civil Engineering in top IITs you need to get a minimum rank of 300 or below. To get this rank, you will need to score more than 250 marks out of 366.
