In MS University if you have applied through spot admission programme/merit based then you first recieve the approval of direct admission along with issue of admission fee challan then after paying the amount you can submit your documents for verification and recieve permanent registered number(prn).

There is not 100% sure that you will get admission but generally you will get the seat.
