My JEE MAINS 2019 AIR is 14210 & IIITD Rank is 2157.Can I get CSE or CSD in any Round if I have been alloted ECE in DTU in 1st Round ?

Analysing the previous year cuttoff, and this year statistics it looks like getting ECE is quite possible, but due to change in the jee pattern this year, the exams will being held twice before a student can qualify for jee advance .So, previous year data isn't as dependable as it used to be to remain on top of things it's better to keep backup plans at your ready. I personally believe that rank 14210 would be a safe score to bag a seat in such streams.
