CMC ludhiana has 4 seats under All India Open category(Open to all irrespective to domicile or category) & 11 seats under NRI.According to their mbbs cut off merit list 2018 for general AIQ ,NEET marks was 530 and rank 12044 and the student also got the CMC seat in the 2ndround of physical councelling.

Concluding the above details, you might get the college. However, the admission is totally depends on this year merit list.
