my obc rank in jee mains is 10768 and i am from outside delhi region.can i get electrical in dtu.

Mahima , the rank you are telling is CRL (Common Rank List) rank for OBC , this is not the jee main category rank....

(For DTU/NSIT/IIIT D ,that is JAC Delhi colleges)...if you find a branch cutoff at say college pravesh website for obc to be around 10,000 then this is the AIR for the obc guy....though this guy will be having an obc rank around 2500 approx....

Hi Abhishek.

For admission in Delhi Technical University considering the JEE mains marks, the opening rank was 14098  and the closing rank was 19273 for the OBC Category for candidates from Outside Delhi Region. Considering your rank you seem to have a fair chance.
