@Vikas : Yes you can!! if you're getting the required percentage after the exams which you write as a part of improvement and before you apply for the admission(bascially you need to show at least 60% in PC one way or the other ) , as the university qualification and eligibility has been made clear that all the stuents applying for the university should meet the criteria of 12th pass with 60%
