sir I got 96.2% in 12th boards and 69 percentile in jee mains .... there are two options to file for utu uttarakhand btech counselling. 1st is jee main (preference is given to it) and 2nd is 12th boards.... .. so for which I should go to get a govt. btech cllg (gen, uk domicile)???

Hope you are doing well. You did not mention your rank here. You can not get a seat through JEE Mains as you are general with this percentile in UTU Uttarakhand. So, you should go for 12th board examination.
