Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (UTU) was established on 27th January 2005 by the Government of Uttarakhand through the Uttarakhand Technical University Act 2005. Uttarakhand Technical University campus is situated at NH-72 Suddhowala, Dehradun. Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun is the only affiliating University of the state for technical institutions. Currently, there are 8 constituent and 132 affiliated colleges with 33,000 students enrolled in various courses. Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun is approved by the AICTE and Council of Architecture and recognised by the UGC. Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun offers postgraduate programmes in various disciplines such as engineering and pharmacy. College Infrastructure
Yes, the college has all the necessary things required for a good study n learning environment. Wifi, smart boards, and surveillance cameras are installed wherever needed. Canteen food is hygienic and tasty.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is good equipped with spacious classrooms, Wifi(which never worked), Smart boards(used once or twice in a year). So everything we used is well-maintained as already mentioned their usage above. There is a facility of a furnished canteen as well for students.

College Infrastructure
College does have necessary infrastructure and facilities but needs proper maintenance. The equipments are bit old but functional. The college does have smart boards and WiFi but are not configured well throughout the campus. The hostels are clean and hygienic upto a level.

To be honest it's difficult to predict about a person if she will be getting a particular branch or not because Uttarakhand Technical University doesn't releases any official data about its cut off.
Although some conditions are considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.

Yes, you can get admission to GB pant nagar University as your marks are enough for non core branches in this college. However some things depends on certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
Non core branches such as electrical and electronics, electrical and communication, computer science branch. If you have some category reservation it would be much easier for you to grab a seat in this college.
