Yes, you will have good chances to get a seat in IISER.

Last year, students scoring around 96/180 were allotted seats in the 1 ^st round and further 88-89 in 2 ^nd round. To secure a seat in any of IISER, you must score 83-85 but the level of difficulty can be unpredictable. The questions keep on changing along with the pattern of the exam.
