IISER Mohali BS-MS Dual Degree Admission Process 2024
Candidates seeking admission to BS-MS Dual Degree programme will have to meet the IISER Mohali BS-MS Dual Degree eligibility criteria.
Fill out the application by paying the application fee.
Appear for the IISER Aptitude Test conducted by Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research.
Following that, the authorities will release the IISER Aptitude Test cutoff on the official website.
Candidates qualifying the entrance test will have to participate in the IISER counselling.
Seats are allotted after verification of documents and IISER Mohali fee payment.
Note: In the previous years, there were three channels of admission (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) channel; Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Advanced); and State and Central Boards Channel). However, from this year (2024 onwards), candidates will be admitted only through the State and Central Boards Channel wherein they would need to write an IISER Aptitude Test (IAT).

Admission to IISER (Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research) is highly competitive and is aimed at students interested in science and research careers. IISER offers a 5-year dual degree program called BS-MS (Bachelor of Science and Master of Science).
There are three main channels for admission to IISER:

Georgia government college accepts SAT, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE score and academic performance they don't accept iiser score.
Whereas Iiser exam is similar to jee exam conducted for admission in 5-year BS-MS dual degree and 4-year BS degree programmes offered at IISER participating institutes, but it includes biology too if you are from bio background too paper is easier for you.Candidates should aim to achieve under 2500 rank in IISER Aptitude Approx 60k candidates appeared for the exam every year

Hello,
No, you cannot apply for the 7th round of BS-MS counseling at IISER without prior registration. Registration is a mandatory step in the IISER admission process. The 7th round of counseling is typically meant for candidates who have already registered and participated in the earlier rounds but have not yet secured a seat.
If you did not register during the initial registration period, you would not be eligible to participate in the counseling rounds, including the 7th round. If you missed the registration deadline, you would have to wait for the next admission cycle to apply.
