Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali is an autonomous public institution established in 2007 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, based on the recommendation of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister. IISER Mohali offers courses at undergraduate and doctoral levels. To provide exposure to students, the university has collaboration with various domestic institutions. Candidates can take admission to undergraduate and doctoral courses offered by the institute. As per the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali admission process, candidates can take admission in BS-MS Dual Degree programmes via three channels - KVPY channel, JEE Advanced channel and SCB channel. The opportunity cell of the varsity holds the responsibility of conducting placement drives at the campus. It maintains contact with the corporates and invites them to hire students at IISER Mohali placements. As per the placement policy of the university, only students who do not have any backlogs and are in the final year of their studies can apply for IISER Mohali placements. Students enrolled in BS and MS Dual Degree and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programmes are entitled to scholarships offered by the varsity. IISER Mohali scholarships are provided to students based on their performance in academics. The BS and MS Dual Degree programmes students can apply for KVPY and INSPIRE scholarships of Rs. 5,000 per month. To continue availing Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Mohali scholarships (KVPY and INSPIRE) students to perform well in academics. The doctoral courses students can apply for Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship (PMRF). As per PMRF policy, the eligible students will receive a fellowship of Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month. Additionally, they will be offered a grant of Rs. 2,00,000 per year.

IISER MOHALI has a very large campus spread in 145 acre with a lot of greenary and wildlife in campus. College have all the modern labs and digital classes. There is a Central Analytical Facility in the college where scientific instruments of costs more than 1 crore are there and are very sensitive to noise. Library is of 7 floor with online facility. Every sports has an individual stadium. Cricket cum Football Stadium has more than 1000 people sitting capacity. There are indoor stadium as well.
IISER Mohali set up in 2007 . It has 8 floor library which is highly equipped with latest technology. WiFi is all time available the hostel rooms are designed for single person. It has good sports center. The laboratories are very well equipped. Having latest technologies. It is very clean place as it is nearby to Chandigarh all the things are easily available. It also has a shopping center and also has 4 canteens . There is one mess per hostel person can eat in any mess pay and eat option
Collage infrastructure was very good and large. Hostels rooms very spacious and comfortable . Classes were also good and spacious .wifi were working good and laboratories were clean and food was hyganic and nutritional.

B.Sc Physics aspirants must have at least cleared the 10+2 examination from a recognized Board in the Science stream and must have studied Physics as a mandatory subject at the qualifying level. Admission is merit-based most of the time, but some universities hold entrance exams for admission to BSc Physics.

It's quite hard to tell about the cut off marks exactly as it's varies every year depending on difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates appeared, seats availability etc.
There are total seven IISER college in India having around 1700-1800 seats.
IISER,Pune is one of the most demanded college among all of them.
In 2021, cut off ranks for Gen category in IISER college was AIR 3327 for BS (ECONOMIC SCIENCE) IISER BHOPAL.
So if your all india rank is below this in this year exam then you will have chances of getting any IISER college.
