when we upload the documents, a specific date is mentioned that the certificate should be valid from this date to this date, if your old certificate is valid, you should surely upload it, but if it is not valid and if you don't have any other choice then

you have to submit the old one and wait for the correction window to open to re submit the new certificate because you don't have the new one.

that's the only thing you can do.
