Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
When the filling of application forms is complete, then the institute decides a rank to fill some seats of any branch as per the stats. This is called closing rank for First round. The Counselling process for the students who get a seat in the first round is conducted
For the left seats, another rank is decided and the same process is repeated in the form of second round.
