For general category this score is less undoubtedly. There might be less chance for a government mbbs and even bds to some extent but there can be a chance for government bhms and bams. Marks have gone up and rankings have shuffled. Don't lose heart right now and if you want go for counselling. But if you are really into getting a government college, start studying again and try to secure 550 and above. You can do it. Good luck!
