The NEET retention form is same for all courses. In the form you need to give all the required details and you have to fill you allotted college name which you wish to retain which and the course name. After filling the retention form you won't be able to apply for the further rounds of the counselling. If the candidate doesn't fill the retention form then he will be considered as an applicant for upgradation in further rounds of counselling.
