what will be the cut of rank in madras medical college chennai iam expecting 618 marks obc female ap state is possible seat in 15% all india

First of all I would like to congratulate your for performing so good in the exam. You can easily get a MBBS seat in Madras medical college under All India Quota. The previous year cutoff fir general category was around 600 so with obc you can easily get admission with 618 marks. Though the cutoff changes every year depending upon various situations but I don't think the cutoff will go beyond 618 in any case for obc.
