Dear aspirant

If we compare from last year.i.e, neet 2021 ranking then your rank will be around 35-40k at 560 marks. Although it's keep changing every year based on various factors. According to initial analysis rank may sometimes improve compare to last year as questions difficultly level was more this year.

Now if we talk about all india quota counseling cut off marks for OBC category then it was nearly all indi rank 21k ( marks 597+)  in stray vaccancy round counseling to get govt MBBS college.

So at your expected marks there are very less chances that you will get govt MBBS college in all india quota counseling.
