Pranav, VIIT Pune is better in my opinion compared to PCCOE. I feel so because VIIT has several advantages over PCCOE:-

• Autonomous Institute
• Good facilities
• And the most important is better placement records 

But in the end it is completely up to you so I suggest you take a closer look yourself at both these colleges and decide.

VIIT is the best as compared to PCCOE. VIIT has several advantages:

And the most important is the Good Placements records over PCCOE.

VIIT is better because from placements point of view, VIIT has good placements in CS ,IT and ENTC department .

Pccoe is better than viiit pune. It is because it has wonderful records in academics and placements than viit pune. Also most of the MNCs visit pccoe and recruit students. However you need to perform well throughout for placing in top MNCs.
